Sid (Leguizamo) is feeling left out of the group now that Manny (Romano) and Ellie (Latifah) are planning a family, so when he finds an abandoned nest of eggs he decides to adopt them and bring them up as his own. Unfortunately, when they hatch, he discovers that the new born babies are in fact a trio of Tyrannosaurus Rexes!

This instalment definitely focuses on the romances in the movie; even Scrat finds a woman! The reintroduction of dinosaurs seems a bit odd, especially as they dies out on the first movie, but it works well and Leguizamo plays the doting parent perfectly in this fun-filled family movie.
